师进生,男,1972年1月生,博士,教授,山东省优秀研究生导师,青岛教学名师

1999年8月-2004年7月,中国科平台长春应用化学研究所无机化学专业,获博士学位

1993年8月-1997年6月,内蒙古师范大学化学教育专业,获学士学位

科研与工作业绩:

在教学上主要从事创新思维教育和实践,先后做了多场《思考的艺术》、《预见孩子的未来》和《创新的思想,创新的教育》的报告。科研上组建了手机网投娱乐大全网投娱乐大全光电仿生复合材料团队,长期致力于交叉学科的科技创新。目前形成了3个主要方向:凝胶化学,仿生材料和生物技术,发表SCI收录论文90余篇,授权专利18项。获得省级以上科研奖励3项。在学生培养上目前共毕业了10名研究生,攻读博士7人,人均发表第一作者SCI收录文章6.92篇,其中6人出国读博士,1人在哈工大读博士,其余3人工作,均在1年半内实现了年薪10万的目标。
